2. When the mold cannot be pulled, one person can pull outward and one person can push backward. Or, after the screw hole of the lower mold base is wound with the mold lifting screw, you can lift it a little bit with both hands at the same time, and then pull it out.

3. When the mold is pulled away from the punch, the mold car must not rotate too fast to prevent the guide plate or material support plate from hanging on the sound insulation cover of the punch or punch, thereby damaging the mold parts or the mold sliding.

4. If the mold drops abnormally, jog operation is not allowed, especially after the mold height stop column is filled with plastic.

5. After lowering the mold, turn off the press host and other power supplies to avoid wasting resources.

6. When the mold stops normally, move the mold slowly until the guide pin enters the belt round hole. It is strictly forbidden to stop the mold at the bottom dead center, which will easily reduce the service life of the spring in the mold.
